ant farm questions?

and i was wondering, how many ants do i need, im planning on getting a queen. and also, how do you maintain soil moisture? do you use a mist spray? and how much do you feed them? any other answers you feel important please add. i want to have a well run ant farm for my ants so they are happy. : D

Colony collapse. Where are all the bee’s?
Honey bee’s are disappearing, this should concern all of us, they are a vital link in our food supply – 1/3 of the bees in North America have vanished. A frame full of honey is very heavy 15-20 lbs.

can i use a fish tank for a ant farm if so how can i do this?
ok well i have a 20 gallon fish tank that is just not being used and just wanted to know if i could use it. I just don’t want to dump dirt in there with the ants i want to see them but what can i use to just have dirt on the sides so i can see them dig also how can i find a queen thx
i dont want to buy a ant farm i want to make it i have bought them before
