What can daphnia eat in a closed ecosystem?
The ecosystem would have plants (like Elodea) but from research I don’t think it eats that. Other than that, can they self sustain inside the aquarium somehow… get their nutrients elsewhere?

Is there a spray or way to keep bees off of certain flowers?
My wife is running a daycare from our home and there are 5 plants that bloom in early fall. They attract A LOT of bees. I’m just trying to keep them away w/o digging up the plants.
How do I keep away the bees from my backyard just for one day?
We are having a party on the 15th and I don’t want the bees all over the food that day. They’ve done a great job with our plants this year and I don’t want any permanent remedy, just that day I want them to be away. Do you have any suggestions?
How do i care for a baby common eel?
My brothers friend went to upstate n.y. and caught a baby common eel and brought it back here. he said he dosent want it anymore so i said i would take care of it. I dont know what to feed it or how i should set the tank up. I am going to try daphnia or brine shrimp and feed that to it tomorrow. I dont know what plants to put with it, or if it needs to hide, or if it even likes plants and all of that stuff.
